Gel Plate Monoprinting
Creating one-of-a-kind prints using a soft gelatin plate, acrylic paints, and found objects. Each pull produces an unrepeatable image — the inverse of traditional printmaking where the goal is identical copies. The plate forgives hesitation and rewards experimentation with botanical pressings, stencils, texture tools, and layered overprinting.
