Build desk clocks using vintage Nixie tubes as displays, with custom driver circuitry that pulls real-time aviation data (METAR, winds aloft, altimeter settings) and cycles through readouts alongside the time. Combines the high-voltage tube driving and circuit design from electronics with aviation weather theory and the mechanical housing skills from recent kinetic instrument work. Each clock becomes a glowing preflight briefing that sits on the desk.
